Once your form is submitted, you'll promptly receive an invoice outlining the total cost of your order, inclusive of shipping fees. Convenient payment methods will be provided to streamline the process. Please be mindful that the graduation season can get incredibly busy, and while we would love to accommodate everyone, we may have limited availability, so it's important to be payment-ready.

Once your invoice is settled, we will swiftly create a draft of your product, which will be sent to your preferred contact method. 

Your satisfaction is our priority, so please take a moment to review and approve the draft. We'll need a few days to prepare your final graduation stole, a symbol of your accomplishment.

As your special stole nears completion, you'll receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipping progress and eagerly await your unique creation.
